"Poor communication and confusing updates"
I was frustrated with how the communication went. I kept having to reach out myself because the updates on my order were either late, unclear, or just didn’t really tell me anything useful.
It’s not like I was expecting anything special—just basic, straightforward updates so I knew what was happening. That seems like common sense when someone has placed an order. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I wouldn’t choose to use them again

so... I was disappointed with how my clothes were handled. A few items came back damaged, and everything was folded in a really strange way. Definitely not what I expected.

Uh, my laundry came back with one of my shirts missing, and my sweater had these weird pulls all over it. I tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody really cared or wanted to help. I don’t think I’ll be using them again

"Not sure I’d use the wash and fold again"
I tried the wash and fold service once, and maybe I just caught them on an off day, but I wasn’t really happy with how it turned out. My clothes came back more wrinkled than I expected, a few socks still had a weird smell, and one of my shirts had lint all over it. I kept wondering if I was being too picky, but for what I paid, it just felt a little rushed and not really worth it.

"They really should show prices sooner"
The pricing wasn’t clear until I got to checkout, which is kind of on them. It felt a bit sneaky and not really cool

They did eventually fix my laundry problem, so I’ll give them credit for that. But I had to message them multiple times before anything actually happened, and most of the replies felt like the same canned apology over and over. Like, I don’t need another “sorry for the inconvenience” template, I just need the issue handled. Not a total disaster, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be.

"Felt really impersonal and the clothes still weren’t clean"
I wasn’t happy with the cleaning at all. My clothes came back still looking dirty, which was disappointing. The whole experience also felt kind of cold, like there wasn’t really a person paying attention to the order or checking the work before sending it back

"Laundry just didn’t smell fresh"
I was disappointed because my clothes came back smelling stale, not fresh like you’d expect after getting laundry done. A few shirts had this damp, musty smell too, like they’d been sitting around too long. I kept noticing it when I put things away, and it really didn’t feel clean. I expected that fresh laundry smell, but it just smelled stale and kind of damp.

"Pickup and delivery were way off"
My pickup window came and went with no real update, so I just sat there refreshing and checking messages like I couldn’t leave or do anything else. I had planned my whole day around that time, and it made me feel kind of trapped waiting around with no clear answer.
The delivery ended up being late too, and the timing kept getting pushed back. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but for me the whole pickup and dropoff situation was way too unreliable. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they seriously get the timing under control.

"Laundry was fine, but the slow replies nearly drove me nuts"
I used washclubnyc.com the laundry itself was totally fine. My clothes came back okay, nothing dramatic happened there, so that part did what it was supposed to do.
The customer service did eventually answer me, but wow, it felt like I was waiting about 400 years for a clear response. I had to follow up once, which was a little frustrating. Not the end of the world, but if something comes up, I’d really love for them to be faster and a bit more helpful.

The service was alright and my clothes came back fine, so I can’t really complain too much. But like I said, for the price, I was expecting a little more. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just didn’t feel like I got great value for what I paid. Like I said, everything was okay, just too pricey in my opinion.

"Pretty convenient overall, with a few tiny quirks"
I’d say it’s convenient overall and definitely makes things easier. It’s not perfect, though, there are a couple of little things I noticed that could be smoother, like the way a few steps feel slightly less intuitive than they should. Nothing major, just those small details that stand out when you use it more than once
"Driver could have been more professional"
I wasn’t really happy with the driver’s professionalism. He just didn’t come across very respectful, or actually, maybe it was more that he seemed careless during the ride. Either way, it wasn’t a great experience.

"Scheduling was way more hassle than it needed to be"
Trying to set up a pickup time was frustrating. The times they had available were super limited and none of them really worked for me. When I tried to change it, that wasn’t easy either. I ended up going back and forth way too much and just felt like I wasted my time. Probaly won’t use them again.

The laundry itself came back fine, so I can’t really complain about the cleaning part. Everything was folded and looked okay, but the payment side is where I started feeling a little annoyed.
After I paid, I checked the receipt and the total didn’t match what I thought I was agreeing to. There were a couple of extra fees that weren’t clear to me, and it made me feel a bit distrustful, like I had to double-check everything after the fact.
Support eventually got back to me, but the explanation was kind of vague and didn’t really clear things up. Maybe I missed something, but the pricing should be more upfront so customers don’t feel weird about it after paying
